Description (EN):

The S&C project structures the capitalisation of the results of the former TALIA horizontal project and of the ongoing and past modular projects dealing with creativity and social innovation, financed by the Interreg MED Programme 2014- 2020. The project is structured on three main strands of action (alongside Communication and Management), with the twin aim of building a shared sense of purpose within the MED Creative and Social Innovation community and promoting implementation and transferability of results through exemplary policy innovation trials:- Community Building: Following on the TALIA track and complementing previous work with modular projects and their local and transnational networks, in two new main directionswill be addressed: liaison and interaction with the PanoraMED Axis 4 project and other, thematically relevant Horizontal Projects and their target audiences.- Transferring: This notably includes the preparation of a common asset database and the organisation of a huge series of dedicated events at the local and MED levels, including a Summer School for policy makers.- Capitalisation: Particularly involving the creation of interregional working groups across the MED space, aimed at discussing and implementing the most prominent results into exemplary and reusable policy templates, thus contributing to a new wave of evidence-based policy making

Le projet S&C structure la capitalisation des résultats de l'ancien projet horizontal TALIA et des projets modulaires en cours et passés relatifs à la créativité et à l'innovation sociale, financés par le programme Interreg MED 2014- 2020.Le projet s'articule autour de trois axes principaux (aux côtés de la communication et de la gestion), dans le double objectif de créer un sens commun des objectifs au sein de la communauté MED d'innovation créative et sociale et de promouvoir la mise en œuvre et la transférabilité des résultats au moyen d'essais exemplaires en matière d'innovation politique:- Construction de la communauté: à la suite de la piste TALIA et complétant les travaux antérieurs avec des projets modulaires et leurs réseaux locaux et transnationaux, deux nouvelles directions principales seront abordées: la liaison et l'interaction avec le projet PanoraMED Axis 4 et d'autres projets horizontaux pertinents sur le plan thématique- Transfert: Cela comprend notamment la préparation d'un database commun sur les actifs et l'organisation d'une vaste série d'événements dédiés aux niveaux local et MED, y compris une université d'été pour les décideurs.- Capitalisation: implique notamment la création de groupes de travail interrégionaux à travers l'espace MED, dans le but de discuter et de mettre en œuvre les résultats les plus importants dans des modèles de politique exemplaires et réutilisables, contribuant ainsi à une nouvelle vague de prise de décision politique
