V příhraničním regionu AT-CZ existuje mnoho potenciálů, které z různých důvodů nejsou popř. nemohou být zcela využity. Pro mnoho podniků, které pracují přeshraničně, je často složité hledat nové zaměstnance, kteří mimo své odborné kompetence také mluví oběma jazyky a jsou schopni pracovat ve vícejazyčném kontextu. Podpora vzdělávání v regionech a síťování nejen pedagogických pracovníků v oboru STEM (anglická zkratka pro science, technology, engineering, mathematics - věda, technika, informatika, matematika) je jednou z hlavních myšlenek a cílů projektu EduSTEM. Vzdělávací nabídky projektu reagují na potřebu lepší harmonizace požadavků regionálního trhu práce, přičemž nabyté technické, přírodovědné a jazykové kompetence přispějí k pozdější zaměstnatelnosti ve všech regionech. Přirozená zvídavost dětí v oblasti STEM bude pomocí metody „badatelská výuka“ využita a použita k dosažení projektových cílů. Zaměstnatelnost bude mimo jiné také posílena podporou komunikačních schopností, přičemž bude využit celkový jazykový potenciál dětí a mládeže. Tímto způsobem podpoříme schopnosti a dovednosti dětí nejen v oblasti STEM, ale také jejich jazykové kompetence. Během prvního roku projektu bude skupina expertů intenzivně pracovat na vytvoření popř. přizpůsobení metodických materiálů na témata z oblasti STEM. Na základě těchto materiálů budou organizovány reg. a přeshraniční semináře. Ped. personál pro MŠ a ZŠ nabyté poznatky využije v každodenním životě MŠ, při výuce a v kroužcích na ZŠ a SŠ. Tímto dalším vzděláváním a uvědoměním pedagogického personálu jako součást jejich celoživotního vzdělávání zohledňuje také potenciály a požadavky daných regionů. Inovativní aspekt tohoto postupu je spojení kompetencí z oblasti STEM s komunikačními schopnostmi. Aby toto spojení bylo zaručeno budou do projektu a do školení zapojeni nejen pedagogové a učitelé, nýbrž také rodilí mluvčí, učitelé německého a českého jazyka a experti na vícejazyčnost. Jako další inovativní přístup je považováno využití reg. potenciálů (např. podniků, chráněných krajinných oblastí, muzeí, zařízení k výrobě elektrické energie) k dalšímu posílení znalostí. Každá projektová oblast je specifická svými různými potenciály regionů, kterými se projekt bude zabývat. Děti a žáci MŠ, ZŠ a SŠ, žáci ze středních a vyšších odborných pedagogických škol, pedagogové a učitelé budou moci společně a přeshraničně využít tyto potenciály. V rámci projektu budou také podpořeny procesy managementu inovací a změn prostřednictvím vzdělávání vedoucích pracovníků ze zapojených škol a vzdělávacích zařízeních a pracovníků zodpovědných za kvalitu vzdělávání na školách. Mimo jiné bude také provedena evaluace intelektuálního kapitálu u všech projektových partnerů, při čemž budou vykázány a popsány nabyté znalosti a kompetence.

Die Grenzregion AT-CZ verfügt über zahlreiche wirtschaftliche und kulturelle Potentiale, die nicht immer ausgeschöpft werden (können). Zahlreiche Unternehmen und Betriebe, die grenzüberschreitend (= gü) agieren, sind ständig auf der Suche nach neuen MitarbeiterInnen, die beide Sprachen beherrschen und im mehrsprachigen Wirtschaftsraum kompetent agieren können. Förderung der Bildung in allen Projektregionen und Vernetzung auf verschiedenen Ebenen im Bereich MINT (Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften, Technik – engl. STEM) sind eine der Hauptgedanken und Zielen von EduSTEM. Die Bildungsangebote entsprechen den Anforderungen der aktuellen Herausforderungen des reg. Arbeitsmarktes, wobei die MINT und mehrsprachige Kompetenzen zu späteren Employability in der gü. Region maßgeblich beitragen. Die natürliche Begeisterung der Kinder an MINT wird anhand der Methode „forschendes Lernen“ genutzt. Die Employability wird außerdem durch die Stärkung der Kommunikationskompetenz gefördert, indem das Gesamtsprachpotential der Kinder durch gü Aktivitäten weiterentwickelt wird. So erweitern die Kinder nicht nur ihre MINT-Kompetenzen, sondern auch den Wortschatz in ihren jeweiligen Begegnungssprachen. Während des 1. Projektjahres erarbeitet eine ExpertInnengruppe Materialien zu MINT-Themen, anhand deren reg. und gü Seminare konzipiert werden. Die Erkenntnisse aus diesen Weiterbildungen werden durch päd. Personal in den Kiga-alltag bzw. in den Unterricht in der VS und NMS umgesetzt. Durch diese Weiterbildung und Bewusstseinsbildung beim päd. Personal im Sinne des lebenslangen Lernens werden die Potentiale und Anforderungen der gü. Region berücksichtigt. Das Innovative liegt in der Verknüpfung der MINT-Kompetenzen mit Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Um diese Verknüpfung gewährleisten zu können, werden nicht nur PädagogInnen und LehrerInnen einbezogen, sondern auch Muttersprachliche MitarbeiterInnen, SprachbegleiterInnen, MehrsprachenexpertInnen und SprachlehrerInnen. Als innovativer Ansatz wird außerdem betrachtet, dass die reg. Potentiale (z. B. Betriebe, Naturschutzgebiete, Museen, Energiegewinnungseinrichtungen) zur weiteren Verstärkung der MINT-Kompetenzen genutzt werden. Jede am Projekt teilnehmende Region verfügt über unterschiedliche reg. Potentiale, die im Projekt aufgegriffen werden. Kinder aus dem Kiga, in den VS und NMS, SchülerInnen der BAfEPs und PHs, PädagogInnen und LehrerInnen werden gemeinsam und gü die reg. Potentiale nutzen. Um eine erfolgreiche Verankerung von päd. Innovationen zu sichern, werden außerdem für päd. Führungskräfte und für Qualität zuständige Personen im Bildungsbereich Qualifizierungsansätze im Innovationsmanagement erarbeitet. Darüberhinaus wird im Projekt erstmals eine projektübergreifende Wissensbilanz aller Projektpartner durchgeführt, um den geschaffenen Mehrwert im Bereich des Wissenszuwachses sichtbar zu machen.

The AT-CZ border region has numerous economic and cultural potentials that are not always exploited. Numerous companies and companies that operate cross-border (= gü) are constantly looking for new employees who have mastered both languages and can act competently in the multilingual economic area. Promoting education in all project regions and networking at different levels in the field of STEM (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, engineering — engl. STEM) are one of the main ideas and objectives of EduSTEM. The educational offerings meet the requirements of the current challenges of the reg. Labour market, with STEM and multilingual skills related to later employability in the country. The region contributes significantly. The children’s natural enthusiasm for STEM is used by the method of “researching learning”. Employability is also promoted through the strengthening of communication skills by further developing the overall language potential of children through good activities. In this way, the children not only expand their STEM skills, but also the vocabulary in their respective encounter languages. During the 1st Project year an expert group develops materials on STEM topics, on the basis of which reg. and gü seminars are designed. The findings from these training courses are made by paediatrics. Personnel implemented in everyday Kiga life or lessons in the VS and NMS. Through this further education and awareness raising in the paediatric. Staff in the sense of lifelong learning will be able to meet the potentials and requirements of the company. The region is taken into account. The innovative is the combination of STEM competences with communication skills. V pracovních balíčcích T1 a T2 jsou plánovány přeshraniční semináře a jiná kvalifikační opatření, která velmi dobře zapadají do programového ukazatele „Společná nabídka vzdělávání a kvalifikace“. Budou organizovány přeshraniční semináře pro pedagogy k tématům STEM (PB T1) a přeshraniční aktivity ke sdílení informací pro děti, žáky, studenty a pedagogy (PB T2).

Expected Outputs (DE):

In den Arbeitspaketen T1 und T2 werden grenzüberschreitende Bildungsmaßnahmen im Bereicht MINT gesetzt, die den Indikator „Gemeinsame Bildungsmaßnahmen und Qualifizierungsangebote“ passend ergänzen und erfüllen. Es werden grenzüberschreitende Seminare für PädagogInnen zu den jeweiligen MINT-Themen (AP T1), grenzüberschreitende Austauschmaßnahmen für Kinder, SchülerInnen, Studierende und PädagogInnen (AP T2) organisiert.
