Das globale digitale Zeitalter kennt keine Grenzen. Die Dominanz von Internet, sozialen Medien und digitaler Technologie ist ein grenzüberschreitendes Phänomen. Als Folge bringt sie auch Herausforderungen mit sich - besonders im schulischen Bereich. Z.B: Sicherer Umgang mit dem Internet bzw. Fake News und Cyber Mobbing sind nur einige Themen, für die Kinder sensibilisiert werden müssen. Weiters müssen SchülerInnen für zukünftige digitale Berufe begeistert und vorbereitet werden. Lehrkräfte müssen geschult werden, um digitale Technologien ins Klassenzimmer zu holen und dadurch Kinder und Jugendliche zeitgemäß und auf neue Berufsbilder angepasst unterrichten zu können. Das übergeordnete Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, digitalen Unterricht in AT und CZ (Schulen in den Projektregionen von Südmähren, Vysocina und Wien) nachhaltig zu verbessern und die SchülerInnen für die Erfordernise der digitalen Arbeitswelt zu qualifizieren. Die Veränderungen, die angestrebt werden: digitale Kompetenzen von Schülerinnen und Lehrkräften werden gestärkt; digitale und technologische Berufe werden für Schülerinnen attraktiver; innovative Begabungen, unternehmerische Kompetenzen und Selbstermächtigung werden bei Schülerinnen gefördert. Kernoutputs: Die Partner erstellen eine mehrsprachige eLearning Plattform mit einem eLearning Angebot, das SchülerInnen im Alter von 6-15 und LehrerInnen die notwendigen Kompetenzen für digitale Technologien bzw. zukünftige, digitale Berufe vermittelt. In Ausbildungskursen werden mindestens 300 LehrerInnen ausgebildet. Davon profitieren nicht nur SchülerInnen und LehrerInnen selbst, sondern ebenfalls technologische Firmen, deren Bedarf an Lehrlingen mit spezifischen, digitalen Kompetenzen von Jahr zu Jahr steigt. Herangehensweise:1) Ausbildung von Explainern (LehrerInnen und StudentInnen der technischen Fächer) 2) Explainer führen Workshops für SchülerInnen mit Einbindung von Rollenbildern aus technologischen Firmen. 3) Erstellung einer Online eLearning Plattform mit eLearning Arbeitsmaterialien, Videotutorials, Quiz, Vernetzungsfunktion, usw. 4) Workshops und eLearning für LehrerInnen. 5) Aufbau von grenzüberschreitenden Schulpartnerschaften zum Austausch von Best Practice und Erfahrungen (6) Evaluieren des Projekts und daraus Ableitung von Strategien, die Entscheidungsträgern helfen, digitale und mediale Kompetenzen bestmöglich im Unterricht zu integrieren. Projektziel: Ausbildung von mindestens 5000 SchülerInnen/300 LehrerInnen/15 Explainern in 100 Schulen durch 300 Workshops. DigiMe bringt somit folgende Innovation mit sich: 1) einen neuen auf IT Kompetenzen orientierten Schulunterricht durch grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit, 2) digital und medial kompetente SchülerInnen und LehrerInnen, 3) bessere Chancen am Arbeitsmarkt für kommende Generationen und qualifizierte Arbeitskräfte für die (digitale) Wirtschaft.

Globální digitální věk nezná hranice. Dominantní postavení internetu, sociálních médií a digitálních technologií je přeshraniční fenomén. Jako důsledek sebou přináší také výzvy - zejména ve školství. Například bezpečné užívání internetu resp. 'Fake News' a kyberšikana jsou témata, která musí být dětem citlivě zprostředkována. Dále je potřeba žáky nadchnout a připravit na budoucí digitální profese. Učitelé musí být vyškoleni, aby přenesli digitální technologie do výuky a byli schopni učit děti a mládež způsobem, který odpovídá současné době a nově vznikajícím profesím. Hlavním cílem projektu je dlouhodobě zlepšit digitální vzdělávání v Rakousku a České republice (školy v projektových regionech na jižní Moravě, Vysočině a ve Vídni) a kvalifikovat žáky na požadavky digitálního světa práce. Změny, které budou dosaženy: posílení digitálních kompetencí u žáků a učitelů; zatraktivění digitálních a technologických povolání pro žáky a žákyně; podpora inovativního myšlení, podnikatelských dovedností a seberealizace u žáků. Hlavní výstupy: Partneři společně vytvoří vícejazyčnou e-learningovou platformu s nabídkou e-learningu, která zpostředkuje žákům ve věku 6-15 let a učitelům potřebné dovednosti v oblasti digitálních technologií resp. budoucích digitálních profesí. Ve vzdělávacích kurzech bude vyškoleno nejméně 300 učitelů. Z toho budou profitovat nejen žáci a učitelé samotní, ale i technologické firmy, jejichž poptávka po učních se specifickými, digitálními kompetencemi rok od roku stoupá. Postup: 1) Výcvik Explainerů (učitelé a studenti technických oborů) 2) Explaineři povedou workshopy pro žáky s účastí vzorů z technologických firem. 3) Vytvoření on-line e-learningové platformy s e-learningovými pracovními materiály, video-tutoriály, kvízy, síťovací funkcí apod. 4) Workshopy a e-learning pro učitele. 5) Vytvoření přeshraničních partnerství mezi školami za účelem sdílení příkladů dobré praxe a zkušeností. 6) Vyhodnocení projektu a z toho plynoucích strategií, které napomohou zřizovatelům/autoritám integrovat do výuky digitální a mediální kompetence. Cíl projektu: Vyškolení nejméně 5000 žáků/ 300 učitelů / 15 Explainerů na 100 školách prostřednictvím 300 workshopů. DigiMe přináší následující inovace: 1) novou, na IT dovednosti orientovanou výuku v rámci přeshraniční spolupráce, 2) digitálně a mediálně kompetentní žáky a učitele, 3) lepší pracovní příležitosti pro budoucí generace a kvalifikované pracovní síly pro (digitální) ekonomiku.

The global digital age knows no borders. The dominance of the internet, social media and digital technology is a cross-border phenomenon. As a result, it also brings challenges - especially in the school sector. For example: Safe use of the Internet or fake news and cyber bullying are just a few of the topics that children need to be made aware of. Furthermore, students need to be excited and prepared for future digital professions. Teachers must be trained to bring digital technologies into the classroom and thus to be able to teach children and young people in a contemporary way and adapted to new job profiles. The overarching goal of this project is to sustainably improve digital teaching in AT and CZ (schools in the project regions of South Moravia, Vysocina and Vienna) and to qualify pupils for the requirements of the digital world of work. The changes that are being sought: digital skills of students and teachers are strengthened; digital and technological jobs are becoming more attractive for school girls; Innovative talents, entrepreneurial skills and self-empowerment are encouraged in school girls. Output indicators: The partners create a multilingual eLearning platform with an eLearning offer that teaches students aged 6-15 and teachers the necessary skills for digital technologies and future digital professions. At least 300 teachers are trained in training courses. Not only do schoolchildren and teachers benefit from this, but also technological companies whose need for apprentices with specific, digital skills increases from year to year. Approach: 1) Training of explainers (teachers and students of technical subjects) 2) Explainers lead workshops for students with the integration of role models from technological companies. 3) Creation of an online eLearning platform with eLearning work materials, video tutorials, quizzes, networking functions, etc. 4) Workshops and eLearning for teachers. 5) Establishing cross-border school partnerships for the exchange of best practice and experiences (6) Evaluating the project and deriving strategies from this that help decision-makers to integrate digital and media skills in the best possible way. Project goal: Training of at least 5000 students / 300 teachers / 15 explainers in 100 schools through 300 workshops. DigiMe thus brings the following innovation: 1) a new school lesson based on IT skills through cross-border cooperation, 2) digitally and medially competent students and teachers, 3) better opportunities on the job market for future generations and qualified workers for the (digital) economy.

- Implementierung von Bildungsmaßnahmen zur Förderung digitaler und medialer Kompetenzen bei SchülerInnen und LehrerInnen - Vorbereitung von SchülerInnen auf den digitalen Arbeitsmarkt und entsprechende Humanressourcen für die Wirtschaft - Entstehung eines digitalen Netzwerks von Schulen in Vysocina, Südmähren und Wien. Die Ergebnisse tragen zur Zusammenarbeit von Bildung und Wirtschaft im Programmgebiet bei. Sie leisten so einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer zukünftigen Stärkung der regionalen Wirtschaft durch ein merkbar erhöhtes Interesse und Potenzial von SchülerInnen für digitale und technologische Berufe.

Expected Outputs (CS):

- Implementace vzdělávacích opatření na podporu digitálních a mediálních dovedností žáků a učitelů - Příprava žáků na digitální trh práce a odpovídající lidské zdroje pro ekonomiku - Vytvoření digitální sítě škol na Vysočině, jižní Moravě a ve Vídni. Výsledky přispívají ke spolupráci vzdělávacích institucí a firem v programové oblasti. Tímto způsobem významně přispívají k budoucímu posílení regionálního hospodářství prostřednictvím znatelně zvýšeného zájmu a potenciálu žáků pro digitální a technologické profese.
