Description (FR): Le projet AGROSMARTcoop «Espace pour l'intégration, la compétitivité et la croissance économique intelligente des coopératives agroalimentaire de l'espace rural SUDOE» couvre 6 régions du SUDOE (Galicie, Castille-La Manche, Pays Basque et l'Estrémadure-ES, Aquitaine-FR et le nord du Portugal-PT) et vise à pallier les inconvénients de leurs zones rurales et promouvoir le développement économique et, grâce au renforcement des capacités et la recherche de solutions transnationales plus efficaces pour soutenir les coopératives agricoles dans leurs besoins spécifiques et améliorer leur compétitivité.
Son objectif principal est de créer un espace de promotion, interaction et d'interconnexion intelligente avec des structures, des outils et des services de soutien de pointe aux coopératives agroalimentaires du SUDOE pour améliorer l'innovation technologique, la gestion et la commercialisation à travers la promotion de la connaissance, des bonnes pratiques et de l'inter coopération.
Les principaux produits du projet profiteront surtout aux coopératives agroalimentaires de l'espace SUDOE et se composeront de: Groupes de travail transnationaux; Plan stratégique commun pour la compétitivité des coopératives agroalimentaires de l'espace du SUDOE; Plate-forme virtuelle pour l'inter coopération et la promotion de pratiques innovantes; Laboratoire virtuel (AgroLAB); Conseils techniques à l'innovation technologique durable et le marketing intelligent; Communauté de coopératives agroalimentaires pour l'inter coopération; Campagne de sensibilisation et de promotion de pratiques innovantes entre les coopératives; et Programme de formation et maîtrise pour l'innovation durable et le marketing intelligent.
Un aspect novateur du projet est d'aborder l'innovation à partir de l'inter coopération, comme une ressource clé pour l'investissement dans la mise en œuvre de nouvelles techniques et technologies d'innovation durable et de commercialisation, et introduit un nouveau concept, le marketing intelligent, qui consiste à exploiter le potentiel des coopératives (la qualité et le caractère endogène de leurs produits) et l'aligner avec l'innovation, la science et la technologie.
Read more Description (ES): El proyecto AGROSMARTcoop «Espacio para la integración, competitividad y crecimiento económico inteligente de las cooperativas agroalimentarias del espacio rural SUDOE», abarca 6 regiones del espacio SUDOE (Galicia, Castilla-La Mancha, País Vasco y Extremadura-ES, Aquitaine-FR y Norte de Portugal-PT) y busca paliar las desventajas de sus zonas rurales, así como favorecer el desarrollo y la cohesión económica, a través de la generación de capacidades y la búsqueda de soluciones transnacionales más eficientes y efectivas para apoyar a las cooperativas agroalimentarias en sus necesidades específicas y mejorar su competitividad.
Su objetivo principal es crear un espacio de promoción, interconexión e interacción inteligente dotado de estructuras, herramientas y servicios avanzados de apoyo a las cooperativas agroalimentarias del SUDOE para mejorar en la innovación tecnológica, de gestión y de comercialización a través del fomento del conocimiento, las buenas prácticas y la intercooperación.
Los principales productos del proyecto beneficiarán principalmente a las cooperativas agroalimentarias del espacio SUDOE y consistirán en: Grupos Operativos Transnacionales; Plan estratégico conjunto para la competitividad de las cooperativas agroalimentarias del SUDOE; Plataforma virtual para la intercooperación y fomento de prácticas innovadoras; Laboratorio virtual (AgroLAB); Asesorías técnicas a la innovación tecnológica sostenible y la comercialización inteligente; Comunidad de cooperativas agroalimentarias para la intercooperación; Campaña de divulgación y promoción de prácticas innovadoras entre las cooperativas agroalimentarias; y Programa de formación y capacitación para la innovación sostenible y comercialización inteligente.
Un aspecto innovador del proyecto es abordar la innovación desde la intercooperación, como recurso clave para la inversión en la implementación de nuevas técnicas y tecnologías de innovación sostenible y marketing, e introduce un concepto nuevo, la comercialización inteligente, consistente en aprovechar el potencial de las cooperativas (la calidad y el carácter endógeno de sus productos) y alinearlo con la innovación, ciencia y tecnología.
Read more Description (EN): AGROSMARTCoop covers offsetting rural areas inequalities, promoting economic development and cohesion, through capacity-building and more efficient and useful transnational solutions search to support agri-food cooperatives and improve their competitiveness.
Its main objective is to create an area of promotion, smart inter-connection and interaction with structures, tools and advanced services to support Sudoe agri-food cooperatives in order to improve their technological innovation, management and marketing through knowledge, good practices and inter-cooperation fostering.
The main deliverables will benefit Sudoe area agri-food cooperatives and will focus on transnational operational groups, joint strategic plan for competitiveness of Sudoe agri-food cooperatives inter-cooperation virtual platform and innovative practices fostering, smart laboratories (AgroLAB), technical assistance for sustainable technological innovation and smart marketing; communities of agri-food cooperatives for the inter-cooperation, promotional campaigns, promotion of innovative practices between agri-food cooperatives and training and capacity building programme for the sustainable and smart marketing.
An innovative aspect is to focus on innovation from the inter-cooperation perspective as a key resource for investing in new techniques and technologies implementation and introducing a new concept: the smart marketing based on cooperatives potential, aligning it with innovation, sciences and technology.
Read more Achievements (EN): To achieve its objectives, the project started from an analysis of the capacity of adaptation of these cooperatives to the current market, revealing how to increase their business dimension.
Following this study, there were:
- Two manuals of good practices in trade and marketing;
- Two benchmarking studies (crdl: comparative studies of a product with market leading products), one on sustainable innovation and one on smart marketing;
- A study on the needs and potential of cooperatives in the market and;
- A joint strategic plan to increase the competitiveness of agrifood cooperatives in the Sudoe area.
Among the main results of AGROSMARTCoop is the creation of a virtual platform to foster cooperation between agri-food cooperatives. This platform consists of several elements:
- A Virtual Laboratory called “AgroLab” that contains a map of financing possibilities and a bank of ideas;
- A section for cooperation with a geo-location map where about 150 products are collected, 5 electronic catalogues of agrifood products and an exchange forum where, at the end of the project, 206 cooperatives were active.
- An advisory service enjoyed by some 115 cooperatives;
- Strategic smart marketing plans and;
- Trainings (more than 350 hours).
AGROSMARTCoop has managed to give more visibility to the benefits of cooperation especially through a European event organized in Brussels on quality products and origin. It has led to the birth of new consortia and also projects (LEADER, etc.) among which, AGROSMARTGLobal on internationalization and financed through the Interreg Sudoe Programme.
