Description (LT): Esminis "tradicinės" industrijos pokytis į kūrybines industrijas – darnios regioninės plėtros pagrindas. "Esminis "tradicinės" industrijos pokytis į kūrybines industrijas – darnios regioninės plėtros pagrindas" – tai iniciatyva sukurti edukacinę platformą, jungiančią patyrusių tarpvalstybinių partnerių intelektinius gebėjimus: Kuldygos savivaldybę, Vilniaus dailės akademijos Nidos meno koloniją (aukštasis mokslas), Klaipėdos kultūrų komunikacijų centrą (Klaipėdos savivaldybė), Liepojos kūrybinių industrijų klasterį (NVO). Projektas numato spręsti vieną iš svarbiausių tarpvalstybinių iššūkių – darbo rinkos intelektinius pajėgumus, kurie yra vienas iš svarbiausių išteklių regioninei plėtrai vystyti. Projekto tikslai yra dviejų metų trukmės švietimo programos įgyvendinimas 160 dalyvių, projekto partnerių darbo patalpų ir studijų modernizavimas, naudojant informacines ir komunikacines technologijas (ICT), multimedijos (Klaipėda), konferencijų (Nida), tekstilės (Liepoja) ir 3D prototipų (Kuldyga) įrangą. Dalyviai iš meno, dizaino, švietimo ir verslo ir kt. sričių bus kviečiami dalyvauti mokymuose ir seminaruose, o viešos paskaitos apie kūrybinį mąstymą ir parodos bus pasiūlytos plačiajai visuomenei, tačiau modernizuotos studijos bus prieinamos plataus spektro mokymams ir bendradarbiavimui kūrybinių industrijų srityje.

Projekta mērķis ir īstenot 2 gadu izglītības programmu 160 dalībniekiem un modernizēt projekta partneru darbnīcu un studiju telpas, uzstādot IKT, multimediju (Klaipēda), konferenču (Nida), tekstila (Liepāja) un 3D prototipēšanas (Kuldīga) aprīkojumu. Dalībnieki no tādām jomām kā māksla, dizains, izglītība, uzņēmējdarbība u.c. tiks aicināti pieteikties apmācībām un radošajām darbnīcām, bet plašākai sabiedrībai būs pieejamas publiskas lekcijas par un ap radošu domāšanu, kā arī izstādes. Savukārt sadarbības partneru modernizētās darbnīcas un studijas būs pieejamas daudzveidīgu apmācību un sa-darbnīcu projektu īstenošanai radošo industriju jomā.
Read more Description (EN): "Paradigm shift from "traditional" to creative industries - the essence for sustainable regional development". "Paradigm shift from "traditional" to creative industries - the essence for sustainable regional development" is an initiative to establish an educational platform, unifying intellectual capacity of experienced cross-border partners: Kuldiga Municipality, Nida Art Colony of the Art Academy of Vilnius (higher education), Klaipeda Culture Communication Centre (Klaipeda Municipality), Liepaja Creative Industry Cluster (NGO). The project intends to tackle one of the most important cross-border challenges – the intellectual capacity of area’s labor market, which is one of the most crucial resources for regional development. Project’s objectives are implementation of an educational program for two years for 160 participants, and modernization of partners’ workrooms and studios with ICT, multimedia (Klaipeda), conference (Nida), textile (Liepaja) and 3D prototyping (Kuldiga) equipment. Participants from the fields of art, design, education, business and other will be invited to apply for trainings and workshops, while public lectures on creative thinking and exhibitions will be offered for a wider public, but the modernized studios will be available for wide range of trainings and co-working purposes in the field of creative industries.

The role of and need for education cannot be underestimated. It does not have physical or geographical borders. Any participant, any person in need from any organisation, region or country, is welcome to attend educational activities, conference spaces, workrooms and studios of project partners. The proper technological support – equipment items purchased within the scope of the project – lays basis for a more powerful future collaboration with other organisations in various countries. Expected Results (EN): Number of people receiving upgraded skills matching labour market needs per year
Expected Outputs (EN): Number of participants in the joint Training, coaching and mentoring program for adult education in the field of CCI is expected 160 during the project:
- 8 intensive learning modules throughout the project’s duration (4 partners x 2 modules) under guidance of mentors / experts, new knowledge, new skills; the content developed in cooperation with regional business incubators and existing businesses to avoid skills’ mismatch;
- each module for 20-25 cross-border participants (8 x 20 = 160) from the project’ s area;
- each – in cooperation with existing businesses to ensure a field work experience;
- each – 5 days long;
- each – featuring international guest tutors;
- each – featuring a bonus program of public guest lectures;
- each – featuring a gala presentation for partners and wider public.
Intended selection procedure of participants:
1) announcements published through partners’ web sites and social networks, press releases distributed to mass media, Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, Klaipeda Culture Factory, area’s adult education centers, unemployment agencies, vocational schools, area’s businesses etc.
2) participants selected based on candidates’ actual needs and motivation.
Results of intensive training modules will be presented to wider public in exhibitions to promote the educational network of this project. All the partners’ institutions operate appropriate exhibits’ spaces. Indirect target audience is ~8000 exhibition visitors, ~1000 visitors per educational module’s exhibition (this approach which will be continued also after completion of this project.).
Another results’ indicator – improvement of 4 educational spaces:
Each partner has relevant infrastructure (premises, equipment) at hand for use during the training program. According to the time schedule of procurement of missing equipment the improved infrastructure will be used in the training program from the moment of its procurement, and will serve also for future educational events.
