Le défi que souhaitent relever les opérateurs du projet pilote est celui de coordonner et de communiquer sur les actions de l’ensemble de la filière forêt-bois, de l’amont (agriculteurs, exploitants forestiers, propriétaires) à l’aval de celle-ci (entreprises de transformation du bois, construction) sur un territoire transfrontalier. Il s’agit bien d’un défi en soit car les différentes composantes de la filière ne travaillent pas toujours ensemble alors que leur objectif de développer la filière forêt-bois est pourtant partagé. De plus, il est assez rare que des entreprises françaises et belges aient l’occasion de disposer d’outils partagés et qu’elles puissent échanger sur leurs pratiques et savoir-faire. La coopération des opérateurs du projet pilote et des opérateurs associés permettra le bon développement des actions du portefeuilles sur l’ensemble du territoire France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen.

The challenge that the operators of the pilot project want to meet is that of coordinating and communicating the actions of the entire forest-timber industry, from the upstream (farmers, loggers, landowners) to the downstream forest-timber industry (timber processing companies, construction) in a cross-border territory. This consists of a challenge in itself, because the various components of the sector do not always work together, whereas their objective of developing the forest-timber sector is nevertheless shared. Furthermore, it is quite rare for French and Belgian companies to have the opportunity to dispose of shared tools and to share their practices and know-how. The cooperation of the operators of the pilot project and the associated operators will allow the proper development of the portfolio's actions throughout France-Wallonia-Flanders.

De uitdaging voor de operatoren van het pilootproject is de coördinatie en communicatie van de acties van de volledige bos- en houtsector, van de bron (bosbouwers, houthakkers, landeigenaars) tot de bestemming (houtverwerkende ondernemingen, bouw) in een grensgebied. Dit is op zich al een uitdaging, want de verschillende actoren van de sector werken niet altijd samen, ook al delen ze een gemeenschappelijk doel, de ontwikkeling van de bos- en houtsector. Bovendien hebben Franse en Belgische ondernemingen zelden de kans om over gedeelde instrumenten te beschikken en hun praktijken en knowhow te delen. Dankzij de samenwerking tussen de operatoren van het pilootproject en de geassocieerde operatoren zal het mogelijk zijn de acties van de portefeuille in de volledige grensoverschrijdende zone van Frankrijk, Wallonië en Vlaanderen uit te voeren.

Afin d’assurer une coordination optimale du portefeuille de projets, les opérateurs et opérateurs chef de file se sont réunis à 36 reprises depuis le démarrage du projet le 1er octobre 2016. Ces réunions ont permis d’échanger sur les actualités et avancées de chaque projet mais aussi de mettre en place différentes actions en lien avec la coordination et la communication du portefeuille. Un des premiers chantiers initié par le projet pilote a été la création et la mise en place des cinq sites internet utiles au portefeuille de projets. En lien étroit avec les projets constitutifs et leurs opérateurs, les partenaires du projet pilote ont ainsi travaillé à la création d’un cahier des charges global permettant une communication homogène et une charte graphique commune aux 5 sites internet (Projet pilote : www.feel-wood.eu, Forêt Pro Bos : www.foret-pro-bos.eu, Trans Agro Forest : www.transagroforest.eu, ProFilWood : www.profilwood.eu et FormaWood : www.formawood.eu). Afin de regrouper l’ensemble des actualités, publications et événements des différents projets, l’ensemble des informations saisies sur les sites des projets constitutifs étaient remontées, en français et en néerlandais, sur le site internet du projet pilote. En parallèle à la création de ces sites internet, les opérateurs du projet pilote ont aussi créé des outils de communication papier (flyers et roll-up) pour chaque projet, dans une charte graphique commune. Afin de lancer efficacement chaque projet, il a été convenu avec l’ensemble des partenaires du portefeuille de projets d’organiser un événement de lancement commun à tous les projets. Cet événement de lancement a eu lieu le 1er Juin 2017 au Domaine de Graux à Tournai. De manière à informer régulièrement tous les partenaires du portefeuille de projets des actualités de Feel Wood, les opérateurs du projet pilote ont aussi décidé de rédiger des rapports d’activité consolidés semestriels du portefeuille. Ces documents synthétiques, contenant deux pages faisant office de rapport d’activité par projet, a ont ainsi pu être envoyés à 7 reprises lors des huit premiers semestres du projet. Les partenaires du projet pilote, soucieux de permettre un maximum de contacts et de mises en relation entre les partenaires des différents projets, ont aussi travaillé à l’organisation d’événements de « teambuilding » réunissant l’ensemble des opérateurs. Deux événements de teambuilding ont ainsi eu lieu le 31 mai 2018 en région Grand Est et le 16 mai 2019 en région Hauts-de-France et en Wallonie. A ces deux occasions, les partenaires présents ont pu réaliser des visites en lien avec les projets constitutifs et se voir présenter les résultats et avancées globaux du portefeuille de projets. Une troisième journée de teambuilding était prévue le 31 août 2020 mais a dû être annulée en raison des contraintes sanitaires liées à la crise sanitaire de la Covid- 19. A l’occasion de l’événement annuel organisé le 13 décembre 2018 à Namur par le programme Interreg V France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen portant sur la thématique « Mon projet en 180 secondes », une présentation « théâtrale » de Feel Wood a été réalisée et a permis au portefeuille de remporter la réalisation d’une vidéo de présentation du portefeuille de projets Feel Wood et de la filière forêt-bois transfrontalière. Cela a amené les opérateurs à travailler avec l’agence de communication Expansions pour la réalisation et le tournage de cette vidéo qui a ensuite été publiée sur la page Youtube du programme Interreg V France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen et sur le site internet des projets constitutifs. Les projets ProFilWood et Forêt Pro Bos se clôturant au 30 septembre 2020, et les projets FormaWood et Trans Agro Forest se clôturant pour leur part respectivement les 31 décembre 2020 et 31 mars 2021, les opérateurs ont réalisé en fin de projets une présentation des chiffres-clés des quatre années d’actions portées par les projets constitutifs du portefeuille « Feel Wood », ainsi qu’un livret de synthèse de l’ensemble des résultats, deux supports exploités notamment lors de l’événement de clôture commun à l’ensemble du portefeuille le 19 mars 2021 au Pavillon de Namur.

Achievements (EN):

In order to ensure optimal coordination of the project portfolio, the lead operators and operators have met 36 times since the project started on 1 October 2016. These meetings made it possible to discuss the news and progress of each project but also to set up various actions related to the coordination and communication of the portfolio. One of the first projects initiated by the pilot project was the creation and implementation of the five websites useful to the project portfolio. In close connection with the constituent projects and their operators, the pilot project partners have thus worked on the creation of an overall specification allowing homogeneous communication and a graphic charter common to the 5 websites (pilot project: www.feel-wood.eu, Forest Pro Bos: www.foret-pro-bos.eu, Trans Agro Forest: www.transagroforest.eu, ProFilWood: www.profilwood.eu and FormaWood: www.formawood.eu). In order to bring together all the news, publications and events of the various projects, all the information entered on the sites of the constituent projects was collected, in French and Dutch, on the website of the pilot project. In parallel with the creation of these websites, the operators of the pilot project also created paper communication tools (flyers and roll-up) for each project, in a common graphic charter. In order to effectively launch each project, it was agreed with all project portfolio partners to organise a launch event common to all projects. This launch event took place on June 1, 2017 at Domaine de Graux in Tournai. In order to keep all project portfolio partners regularly informed of Feel Wood’s news, the pilot project operators also decided to draft semi-annual consolidated portfolio activity reports. These summary documents, containing two pages acting as an activity report per project, were thus sent seven times during the first eight semesters of the project. The partners of the pilot project, anxious to allow as many contacts and connections between the partners of the different projects, have also worked on the organisation of “teambuilding” events bringing together all the operators. Two teambuilding events took place on 31 May 2018 in the Grand Est region and on 16 May 2019 in the Hauts-de-France and Wallonia regions. On both occasions, the partners present were able to carry out visits in connection with the constituent projects and to be presented with the overall results and advances of the project portfolio. A third day of teambuilding was scheduled for August 31, 2020 but had to be cancelled due to health constraints related to the COVID-19 health crisis. On the occasion of the annual event organised on 13 December 2018 in Namur by the Interreg V France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen programme on the theme “My project in 180 seconds”, a “theatrical” presentation by Feel Wood was made and allowed the portfolio to win the production of a video presentation of the portfolio of Feel Wood projects and the cross-border forest-wood sector. This led the operators to work with the communication agency Expansions for the production and shooting of this video, which was later published on the Youtube page of the Interreg V France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen programme and on the website of the constituent projects. With the ProFilWood and the Pro Bos Forest projects ending on 30 September 2020, and the FormaWood and Trans Agro Forest projects closing on 31 December 2020 and 31 March 2021 respectively, the operators completed at the end of the projects a presentation of the key figures for the four years of actions carried out by the projects constituting the “Feel Wood” portfolio, as well as a booklet summarising all the results, two media used in particular during the closing event common to the entire portfolio on 19 March 2021 in the Pavilion of Namur.
