Description (DE):

Schaffung einer nicht-virtuellen grenzübergreifenden Informations-, Consulting- und Unterstützungs-Plattform für im Projektgebiet bestehende/in Bildung befindliche Netzwerke & Cluster (NWC), die aus KMU und/oder wissenschaftlichen Einrichtungen bestehen. Ziel ist diesen Netzwerken Informationen, Leistungen und Expertise bei deren nachhaltigen Ausgestaltung/Verankerung/grenzübergeifender Vernetzung zu unterbreiten:• Unterstützung intelligenter Spezialisierung, strategischer Erweiterung, Internationalisierung; • Anstoß eines DE-PL Cluster Dialogs, grenzübergreifende Vernetzung; • Standortmarketing durch Anstoß zur Entwicklung DE-PL Cluster-Marke; • Aufbau einer NWC bezogenen Dienstleistungsinfrastruktur; • Unterstützung der NWC bei grenzüberschreitender Projektarbeit/Fördermittelakquisition.

Stworzenie niewirtualnej transgranicznej informacyjnej i konsultingowej platformy wsparcia dla istniejących/tworzących się sieci i klastrów (SK) w obszarze projektowym, które składają się z MŚP i/lub instytucji naukowych. Celem jest przekazanie tym sieciom informacji, usług i ekspertyz w trakcie ich trwałego kształtowania się/umiejscawiania/usieciawiania:• wsparcie inteligentnych specjalizacji, strategicznego rozwoju, internacjonalizacja • impuls dla dialogu PL-DE dot. klastrów, transgraniczne usieciowienie • marketing miejscowy poprzez impuls do rozwinięcia PL-DE marki klastrowej • utworzenie infrastruktury usługowej odnoszącej się do SK • wsparcie SK przy transgranicznej pracy projektowej/pozyskiwaniu środków pomocowych.

Description (EN):

Creation of a non-virtual cross-border information, consulting and support platform for networks and clusters (NWC) consisting of SMEs and/or scientific institutions in the project area. The aim is to provide these networks with information, services and expertise for their sustainable development/anchoring/cross-border networking: - Support for intelligent specialisation, strategic expansion, internationalisation; - Initiation of a DE-PL cluster dialogue, cross-border networking; - Location marketing by initiating the development of a DE-PL cluster brand; - Development of an NWC-related service infrastructure; - Support for NWCs in cross-border project work/acquisition of funding.

Achievements (DE):

Während des 38-monatigen Durchführungszeitraums gab es unzählige Treffen der Projektpartner untereinander, der Projektpartner mit deutschen und polnischen Akteueren im Bereich der Netzwerke und Cluster, zahlreiche Veranstaltungen wurden durchgeführt und Werbematerial erstellt und Veröffentlichungen erreicht. Die wichtigsten Veranstaltungen waren die Eröffnungskonferenz in Gorzów, 4 fachliche Regionaltreffen/Workshops in den 4 Partnerregionen, die Clusterkonferenz in Zielona Gora und die Abschlusskonferenz unter der Schirmherrschaft des Wojewoden Lubuskie. Insgesamt nahmen an den erwähnten Treffen 480 Personen teil. Dazu kamen die Treffen der NWC und die Veranstaltungen zur Vorbereitung und Neugründung von drei NWC im Projektrahmen. Dabei wurden auch die Dokumente wie Statuten und Strategien diskutiert und erstellt.

Achievements (PL):

Podczas 38-miesiecznego okresu realizacji projektu odbyły się niezliczone spotkania pomiędzy partnerami, partnerami projektu z niemieckimi i polskimi przedstawicielami z dziedzin sieci i klastrów, przeprowadzono liczne imprezy, przygotowano materiały promocyjne i dokonano publikacji. Najważniejszymi imprezami była konferencja otwarcia w Gorzowie, 4-krotne spotkania regionalne/warsztaty w 4 regionach partnerskich, konferencja klastrów w Zielonej Górze i konferencja na zakończenie pod patronatem Wojewody Lubuskiego. Łączbnie we wspomnianych spotkaniach wzięło udział 480 osób. Do tego doszły spotkania NWC i imprezy mające na celu przygotowanie i utworzenie trzech NWC w ramach projektu. Przy tym także przedyskutowano i sporządzono dokumenty, takie jak statuty i strategie.

Achievements (EN):

During the 38-month implementation period, there were countless meetings of the project partners among themselves, of the project partners with German and Polish actors in the field of networks and clusters, numerous events were held and promotional material was produced and publications achieved. The most important events were the opening conference in Gorzów, 4 professional regional meetings/workshops in the 4 partner regions, the cluster conference in Zielona Gora and the closing conference under the patronage of the Voivode of Lubuskie. A total of 480 people took part in the meetings mentioned. In addition, there were the meetings of the NWCs and the events for the preparation and new foundation of three NWCs within the project framework. The documents such as statutes and strategies were also discussed and prepared.
