Description (EN):

aCCeSS project aims at forstering knowledge and technological transfer from universities to the SME’s of cross-border territory in view of strengthening their innovation potential. The analysis of the smart specialization strategies of the partner regions led the project consortium to focus on 6 main thematic fields : Health and services, Agrogood, smart Cities, renewable Energies, Aeronautics, Manufacturing. The actions carried out within the network of universities, chambers of Commerce, and SME’s clusters will lead to the implementation of a numerical platform presenting in open data the cross-border collaborations. The cross-border territory highlighted R+D+I strong potential will be transferred to other territorial SME’s thanks to specific thematic meetings. The revealed public-private collaborations will be strongly supported in order to enable the setting-up of new innovating projects as applications to European calls for proposals. The project results will be transfered to other territorial socio-economical actors the development axes of which belong to the economical sectors identified in the project. The development of the cross-border co-operation in innovation will lead to the production of a strategical document intended for innovation actors in order to ensure the durability of the project results.

El objetivo del proyecto aCCeSS es el promover la transferencia de conocimientos y tecnologías de las universidades a las PYME del territorio transfronterizo para mejorar su potencial de innovación. El análisis de las estrategias de especialización inteligente de las regiones involucradas ha llevado al consorcio a centrarse en 6 áreas temáticas prioritarias: servicios de salud, procesado de alimentos, ciudades inteligentes, energías renovables, industria aeroespacial, industria manufacturera. El establecimiento de una red de universidades, cámaras de comercio e industria y agrupaciones de PYME dará lugar a la producción de una plataforma de visualización para la colaboración transfronteriza en Open Data. El potencial destacado de la I + D + i de la zona transfronteriza se extenderá a otras PYMEs territoriales a través de reuniones temáticas específicas. La asociaciones público-privadas que se desarrollen serán sólidamente apoyadas para permitir el desarrollo de nuevos proyectos innovadores que puedan ser presentados a convocatorias europeas. Los resultados del proyecto serán transferidos a otros actores socioeconómicos del territorio, las áreas de desarrollo están dentro de los sectores económicos identificados por el proyecto. El desarrollo de la cooperación transfronteriza en innovación generará un documento estratégico destinado a agentes de innovación para asegurar la sostenibilidad de los resultados del proyecto.

L’objectif du projet aCCeSS est de promouvoir le transfert de connaissances et de technologies des universités vers les PME du territoire transfrontalier afin d'améliorer leur potentiel d’innovation. L’analyse des stratégies de spécialisation intelligente des régions impliquées a amené le consortium à se positionner sur 6 domaines thématiques prioritaires : santé et services, agroalimentaire, villes intelligentes, énergies renouvelables, industrie aérospatiale, industries manufacturières. La mise en place d'un réseau d' universités, chambres de commerce et d’industrie et clusters de PME conduira à la production d’une plateforme de visualisation des collaborations transfrontalières en Open Data. Le fort potentiel en matière de R+D+i de l’espace transfrontalier sera étendu à d’autres entreprises du territoire au travers de rencontres thématiques ciblées. Les associations public-privé qui se développeront seront fortement accompagnées pour permettre le développement de nouveaux projets innovants répondant à des appels d’offres européens. Les résultats du projet seront transférables à d’autres acteurs socio-économiques du territoire, dont les axes de développement s’inscrivent dans les filières économiques identifiées par le projet. Le développement de la coopération transfrontalière en matière d’innovation fera l’objet d’un document stratégique à destination des acteurs de l’innovation afin d’assurer la durabilité des résultats du projet.
