Main objective : The NETFORCE 2 project aims to improve the employability of people who may be classified as “hard to reach”, by increasing the capacity to create or to take over businesses and developing the entrepreneurship spirit.The project offers to develop support programmes dedicated to students, women, older workers and purchasers. It follows the mission of NETFORCE 1, supported by the INTERREG IVA France (Channel) – England programme, which was to promote a dynamic approach of regional entrepreneurship and to imagine, in a cross-border perspective, new ways to encourage it. Main actions : - Employability and business mentoring: Cross-border review of development materials used to promote / engage and develop mentors Development of a marketing plan to recruit mentors to the programme Mentor training (skills development) Development of a supporting cross-border IT infrastructure to support the mentoring programme “ACRO” profiling of mentors, to evaluate their behaviour, creativity, social skills and competence. - Business/University programme: Development of a marketing plan for recruiting students Establishing linkages between the student network and the mentoring programme Launching of the cross-border exchanges of student networks Creation of the International Business Plan Competition - Development of cross-border projects for women, older workers (+40 with or without a job) and purchasers: Development of an inventory of best practices for the target groups in each area Exchange of experience between partners from both sides of the Channel

Description (FR):

Objectif général : Le projet NETFORCE 2 vise à améliorer l’employabilité des personnes les plus éloignées de l’emploi en augmentant leur capacité à créer et à reprendre leur entreprise et en développant leur esprit d’entreprendre. Le projet propose de développer des actions d’accompagnement à destination des étudiants, des femmes, des seniors et des repreneurs. Il s'inscrit dans la continuité du projet NETFORCE, soutenu par le programme Interreg IVA France (Manche)-Angleterre, dont l'objectif était de promouvoir une approche dynamique de l’entrepreneuriat dans les régions et de repenser, dans une perspective transfrontalière, la manière dont l’entrepreneuriat peut être encouragé. Principales actions : - Mentorat à l'employabilité et de l'entreprise : Analyse transfrontalière des outils et méthodes utilisés pour promouvoir / engager et former les mentors. Développement d’un plan de marketing pour le recrutement des mentors du programme. Formation des mentors (développement des compétences). Développement d’une infrastructure transfrontalière pour soutenir le programme de mentorat. Mise en place d’un profil « ACRO » de chaque mentor afin d’évaluer leur attitude, leur créativité, leur relationnel et leurs compétences. - Programme Entreprise de l’Université : Développement d’un plan de marketing pour le recrutement des étudiants. Etablissement de liens entre les réseaux d’étudiants et le programme de mentorat. Lancement des échanges transfrontaliers entre les réseaux d’étudiants. Organisation de concours de création d’entreprise. - Développement de projet transfrontalier pour el femmes, les 40+ (avec ou sans emploi) et les repreneurs : Inventaire des bonnes pratiques pour les groupes cibles dans chaque secteur. Échange d’expériences entre les partenaires des deux côtés de la Manche.

Achievements (EN):

The NETFORCE 2 project organises support activities for people who are the least likely to find a new job, especially because of unemployment (students, women, older workers and entrepreneurs). The aim is to increase their capacity to create or to buy their own business. The project are led by key employment stakeholders: professional organisations, chambers of industry and commerce, businesses, social, employment, training or integration organisations, as well as universities and local authorities.
